As usual, Blaine gets the love from the Parade of Homes Tour. This time around, a whopping 28 Blaine new homes are slated to be held open to the public.

Blaine tour homes are priced from $249,900 to $749,900. Let’s take a look at a couple of the homes on the fall tour.

Midway Circle

You’ll find the least expensive home on Midway Circle NE, just northeast of Lakeside Commons Park. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,462 square feet of living space. The interior has wood floors and a granite center island. Check this out though: the sprinkler system, sod and trees are included. If you’re on a budget and want to live at The Lakes, this home might be the one for you,

Madison Court

On the west side of town you’ll find another new home that’s reasonably priced. This one is on Madison Court NE and priced at $264,900. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths like the one mentioned above, but fewer square feet: 1,392. What you lack in interior space with this one, though, you make up for with a larger lot – more than ¼ acre.

118th Lane

In the middle of the price range on the Fall Parade of Homes Tour are some equally good values. I love the model on 118th Lane – a classic design, this home has energy efficient features galore. It offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3,356 square feet of living space. Check out the space on the second floor that could be used as a play room or an office loft. This development has nine lots from which to choose with woods and ponds. It’s being offered at $379,900.

Amen Circle

If you want golf course living, one of the tour homes is located on Amen Circle, one of Blaine’s most prestigious addresses. This villa features a Bosch kitchen, a covered porch off the dining room, an owner’s suite and custom touches throughout. It sits pond-side and offers a theatre room, wet bar and more. It’s offered at $558,000.

117th Lane

The priciest Blaine home on the tour is a beauty. With 5,078 square feet of living space, the home is located on a cul-de-sac with wooded views of open space. It offers walnut floors, a main floor office, formal dining room, sun room, a see-through fireplace in the owner’s suite and more. This home is offered at $749,900.

The Fall 2014 Parade of Homes Tour is going on now through September 28. It’s open Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. Admission is free. Feel free to call me if you’d like me to accompany you to any of the homes on the tour.
