I recently took the most amazing Blaine listing and I couldn’t wait to share it with you. This rambler was built in 2005 but it’s hard to tell by looking at it. It shows like a model and looks never-lived-in.
First, the basics, and then I’ll point out some of the incredible features that you might miss if you don’t look closely.
The home sits on ¼ acre of land and the exterior is pristine. There’s a large deck off the dining room that leads to a grassy backyard, bordered by mature trees for privacy. It also features two garages, with space for three cars.
Inside you’ll find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in 3,148 square feet of living space.
Now, for the very cool aspects of this home. The living room and master bedroom have gorgeous coffered ceilings – the type you typically only find in very high-end homes.
Then, there’s the kitchen. It’s not huge, but it’s laid out perfectly. If you cook, you’ll know what I mean. I love the way the sink is built in to the island so that all you have to do is turn around and there’s the stove and refrigerator. No wasted steps in this kitchen.
The mosaic backsplash over the stainless steel stove is a pretty nice feature as is the pantry just to the right
of the refrigerator. The whole kitchen is open and airy so you don’t miss out on time with your guests as you work on dinner.
My next favorite feature of this home is the family room – it’s huge and it includes a wet bar and small refrigerator. You could almost make this into a theatre room or home gym if you wanted.
Finally, the built-ins in the living room and the hardwood floors are two other features usually found in much more expensive homes.
This home, located just north of the TPC and in the Spring Lake Park school district, is offered at $367,000. I don’t imagine it will last long. Call me for an appointment to see it if you’re interested.
