Just the thought of moving can be very stressful. However, in some cases, it must be done. Here are some ways to eliminate some of the stress of moving.
Get Rid of the Unused
Before you start packing, clean out all the things you don't use or need. If you haven't used it or worn it in the past year, it can be donated, sold or given to someone you know. There's no good reason to pack things you won't need or use in your new home.
Pack a Box of First Day Essentials
When you first move into a new place, there are some things you know you will need immediately. Color Code Everything

If you want to save quite a bit of hassle and quickly get the TV or computer up and running for the kids, label the electronics when you pack them. Make sure you color code the cords, so it's easy to pick the right ones out of the box when setting these items up.
