Luxury Homes in Blaine

Posted on Thursday, February 19th, 2015 at 12:31pm.

Last week we took a look at low-cost options in three Blaine neighborhoods and, as promised, today we’ll peek at the top of the price range. One thing is certain – homebuyers get a lot more home for their money in Blaine than most of our neighboring cities.

It should come as no surprise that the most expensive listings in Blaine are all located at The Lakes, but there are other neighborhoods in Blaine that offer high-end homes. The most expensive is my listing on Tournament Player’s Circle, so we’ll start there.

This is one amazing home. It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms in 6,138 square feet of living space and sits on over a quarter of an acre of prime Lakes land.

The home was custom built in 2001 and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The kitchen is a chef’s dream-come-true with a center island, huge pantry and double built-in ovens.

The master suite comes complete with a fireplace and a huge spa-like bathroom. The home’s walls of windows provide views of the pond and overlook the fifth and sixth fairways of the TPC. There is room galore for entertaining in and outside of this luxury home.

This home is being offered at $699,900.

Deacon’s Oaks

Another stunner is this-six bedroom, three-bathroom home with 4,580 square feet of living space. It sits on a half-acre in the desirable Deacon’s Oaks neighborhood. Built in 2004, this home has lots of room for entertaining, both indoors and outdoors, around the pool.

You’ll find a gourmet kitchen with granite, stainless steel and high-end cabinetry. The floors are maple, the ceilings are 10 feet. This home is listed at $630,000.

North Oaks West

If you crave a home in a natural setting, this one should be on your list to view. Located in North Oaks West, this home sits on 2.6 wooded acres, with a nature preserve for a neighbor.

The home’s main level features wood floors, both formal and informal dining rooms, a sunken living room and a family room with a fireplace.

The kitchen holds a center island, walk-in pantry and more.

The real star of this show, however, is the setting, with wooded views out of all the windows and some pretty amazing outdoor spaces in which to entertain.

This home is offered at $629,900.

Have a great rest-of-the-week!
