Blaine has seen the annual Summer Food Fest become one of the top local events with plenty of activities, food and fun for everybody to enjoy. It's a family-oriented event put together to benefit two local non-profit organizations. Both MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce and Toys for Joys work together to bring more than 500 community leaders together for the event.
The mission of the event is to help support the two organizations, which help north metro children in need. They work with those in need and help in many different ways. The event helps to provide funds for Toys for Joys and the MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce.
Many local food vendors will be on hand providing samples and giving you an idea of what they offer. There will be a number of good choices to enjoy including:

- Acapulco Mexican Restaurant
- Buffalo Wild Wings
- Pad Thai Cuisine
- Chili's Grill & Bar
- Trout Air Tavern
- Ole Piper Inn
- Eddy's The Launch Bar & Grill

- And More!
There will be all types of samples on hand and plenty of entertainment, as well. Over 20 local restaurants will be on hand, along with face painting, live music, inflatables, a dunk tank and much more. It's sure to be a fun time for families to enjoy together.
The event will be held on June 16th from 4:30pm to 7pm. The 5th Annual Summer Food Fest will once again be held at Aquatore Park in Blaine, Minnesota.
Tickets for the event are $15 and $25 at the door and children 12 and under get in free with a paid adult. Tickets include the food samples and will provide access to all the event has to offer.
