Upcoming May Events found Near Blaine

There are plenty of great events coming to the Blaine area for May. Whether you prefer music, fishing or another type of event, you'll find all types of events coming soon. Here are a few of the top events coming to the area for May of 2015.

River: The Music of Carole King, Jonie Mitchell and Carly Simon - May 1st and 2nd

As a part of the CDT Concert Series these female singers will provide plenty of entertainment. They will perform a number of different songs and will allow fans to enjoy music form the 60s and 70s. The event will be held at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres.

Kids Fishing Clinic - May 2nd

Let the kids learn how to fish with plenty of fun at Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park from 9am to 12pm. This is a free event with plenty of fun for kids and families. They can learn about water safety and lunch is even free.

Mother's Day Brunch at Green Haven - May 10th

When you want to show mom a great time on her day, you can come out to Green Haven Golf Club for Mother’s Day Brunch. This event is form 10am to 2pm and costs $21.95 per adult, $18.95 per senior, $11.95 for kids age 6 to 10 and $4.95 for kids age 4 and 5. The menu will include prime rib, smoked ham, Mahi Mahi and much more.

Annual Anoka Antique Show Craft & Flea Market - May 30th and 31st

Enjoy plenty of antiques, craft and other items at the Anoka County Fairgrounds from 8am to 5pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday. There will be plenty of items to choose from and admission is just $4 for adults. Concessions will also be available.

Discover Aviation Days - May 30th and 31st

You can enjoy a fun event at the Anoka County Airport in Blaine at the end of the month. From 7am to 4pm each day, this event will include plenty of exhibitors, helicopter rides, food and much more. You will get to see some of the top vintage and military aircrafts found in the area, along with much more.

These are just a few of the many top events coming to the Blaine area in May of 2015. There are tons of things to do and many other events coming this summer.
